The lovely Waterperry Gardens nr Wheatley in Oxfordshire. Founded 70 years ago by Beatrix Havergal as a school for horticulture for ladies. This is a beautiful tranquile setting in the heart of Oxfordshire and in easy driving distance of Buckinghamshire and Berkshire. There is also a large well stocked garden centre, a Saxon Church and Rural museum on site and of course a tea room (banana cake was yummy.) If you are a gardening looking for inspiration or a photographer just looking to capture that image I can highly recommend a trip out here and I know you will want to keep going back.
